Clutchfix Heavy Duty TDCI clutch kit.

The clutch is supplied with the clutch plate, cover plate and clutch release bearing.

These clutches use commercial friction plate material, which is burst tested to 250 degrees C. The springs within the plate are also up rated by 20% (The springs are what causes many of the problems within the tdci clutches as they are not up to the job, this is what causes many of the rattles as the springs break up within the clutch plates).

Note the clutch release bearing is for the 2.2, VIN number FA459934 onwards, when fitting to an earlier vehicle it is necessary to replace the external valve and adapter also, these are part numbers: LR068981, LR068982.

Note you may also require the puma spigot bearing.
