I am in the EEC , do I have to pay VAT?2021-03-22T16:06:30+00:00

VAT to the EEC will now be collected locally and charged at your local rate. No vat will be added to your order.  The carriers will contact you once goods are shipped for payment of any duty and taxes that may be due.

Please advise if you have an EORI number on ordering.

A core deposit is an additional charge made on some purchases. This charge is refunded if and when your old unit is returned to us. If you want to make an outright purchase please just add the unit cost and core deposit together. You do not have to return your old unit, this is optional. Shipping costs are generated once you have either logged or registered on site.  Once the delivery address is known the shipping prices will be displayed.

In better times we had aimed to dispatch transmissions in 3-5 days but since the onset of the Pandemic I am afraid our lead times have been longer.  A note on our home page will advise of delays and once your order is placed we will advise the due date for the order.  Many part orders can be dispatched within 1-2 days of ordering for overnight delivery within the UK.

I am afraid we are only able to collect exchange units within mainland UK (excl. Northern Ireland) and only when this has been pre-arranged at time of purchase.

How do I arrange the return of my exchange unit?2021-09-13T12:16:22+01:00

Please note that we do not collect on the same day as delivery.  You should contact us by phone or email to advise us once the unit is ready, drained of oil and back in the original packing tub/crate and we will then arrange collection.   The carrier will email you labels that will need to be printed and put on the goods.  You should not release goods if the driver is not able to leave a receipt with consignment note details.

Due to shipping restrictions for certain areas or continued shipping issues we may no longer be able to ship to your Country.  You can still purchase goods and arrange your own collection.   To discuss this in more detail please email us at info@ashtrans.com.
