Fitting the part time kit :
Fit the ‘clamp halves’ to the existing 2 cross pins, note the 2 halves are match machined, line up the 2 centre punch marks on the outside diameters, torque to 50Nm and use high strength threadlock,
Fit the above part to the longer part of the centre diff, no side washer required on this side,
Fit the side gear to the other side and select a side gear washer to ensure you have approx. 0.5mm of end float.
Bolt the 2 diff halves together, torque to 60 Nm with threadlock.
