Description
The CDL update Kit consists of the front housing, front shaft, locking collar and new oil seal.
Note the housing, shaft and collar are good used parts.
All the parts required to add the Centre Diff Lock to the late D2 LT230 models that didn’t originaly have this feature.
If you want to send us in your transfer case we can fit this kit for £ 75.
These parts will be required if the serial number starts with 61D, 62D, 69D or 70D.
Fitting note :
when you pull the old front housing off, if the hi/lo selector rail comes forward too far, the detent ball at the rear end of the rail may fall out of its hole into the rail hole, so that when the rail is refitted the ball will stop the shaft moving all the way back so you wong fully get high range and it will jump out of gear.
